Simon Francis (born birth date and age|1978|08|15) is an English cricketer. He is a right-handed batsman and a right-arm medium-fast bowler. Since 2002, he has played first-class cricket for Somerset, having transferred from Hampshire.

Francis' brother, John Francis, is also a first-class cricketer, having played similarly for Somerset and Hampshire.

Francis has one Youth One-Day International under his belt, thanks to an under-19s tour of Pakistan in January 1997 in which he participated, but didn't make any contribution with the bat. Since 2003 he has played in Twenty20 cricket.
