Fictional Character Biography

portsmen

Edwin Mosley was a member of the Sportsmen, wealthy canabalistic ultras who hunted overwieght servicemen for sport. Edwin is a leader in his industry, having used his powers to help achieve his position. They would have continued to do so, had they not crossed paths with Alec Swan, also known as Firearm. All the Sportmen present were killed by Swan, except for Mosley who, affected by the "Moon Madness" caused by Amber Hunt flew off to join her. Two other members of the group survived, having been away on business.

Rafferty

The Sportsmen's wills postulated that upon death, their wealth would be divided among the surviving members; this came down to Mosley and two unnamed members. Mosley was not untouched by the "Moon Madness" though, and the two other surviving members died soon after, leaving all the resources to him.

Mosley fearing the abundance of ultra-humans, set about eliminating them. He hired the ultra-killer Rafferty, supplying him with men and weapons. Though very successful, Rafferty died at hands of Alec Swan during a battle in a church. Swan only survives with the aid of the ultra-child Rafferty was attempting to kill.

Mosley had other schemes in motion. One pitted Aladdin against the Lodge, allowing him to steal the Ultra-Nullifier, a device which erases a target's memories. Mosely hires the Blood Brothers to secure it for him, but they lost it to a rogue Aladdin/Lodge Agent . Handed another setback, Mosley continues to plan.

Powers/Abilities

Wings growing out of his back allow Edwin Mosley to fly at great speeds. The have a wingspan of twenty feet. Mosley's sight is also enhanced, permitting him to spot objects from great distances.

Equipment

Because of his wealth, Mosley has access to the most advanced equipment and weapons available. He sponsors many research teams which provide him with any device he desires. The Ultra-Detector that he supplied Rafferty with was created by one such team.
