Samsung Card

Samsung Card Co, Ltd. is Korea's biggest credit card company. Headquartered in Seoul, Korea, the Samsung Card has a partnership with Samsung Capital, and is sponsored by Samsung. Samsung Card was established in 1999 as a technical and business company licenced by Samsung Electronics.

Certain groups of foreigners [http://groups.google.com/group/alt.talk.korean/browse_thread/thread/6398885f67dc72d1] can get Samsung Credit Cards. Usually teachers working at public school or universities (not hagwons) or people who work for companies listed on the KOSDAQ can get the credit card.
