He achieved international selection for New Zealand in both rugby codes, appearing in 26 tests for the
All Blacks in union and nine for the Kiwis in league.He played representative rugby for Otago in union and the
Canterbury Bulldogs andLondon Broncos in league. Timu played in the centres for Canterbury in their Grand Final vistory of the 1995 Winfield Cup.References
