Julien Touxagas (born February 12 1984 in France) is a rugby league player for Catalans Dragons in the European Super League competition. Julien's position of choice is Second Row, although he has also featured at Loose Forward. He fell out of favour at Les Catalans at the back end of 2007, a year in which he appeared in the Challenge Cup Final at Wembley Stadium. During 2008, he has forced his way back into the side, making a number of appearances and notably scoring a 90 metre try in Cardiff vs Harlequins RL

He has been named in the France training squad for the 2008 Rugby League World Cup.cite web|url=http://www.skysports.com/story/0,19528,12196_3949078,00.html|title=France dominated by Dragons|publisher=Sky Sports|date=2008-08-07|accessdate=2008-08-08]
