The Red Thread

The Red Thread is an indie rock act from Oakland, California. The band was formed circa 2002 as a three-piece that included Jason Lakis (guitars, vocals), Mike Schmiedt (bass), and Dan Martin (drums). Their 2003 debut, "After the Last", was well received by critics from several publications, including Allmusic, "CMJ", Delusions of Adequacy, and "Exclaim!" magazine.
