Grayingham

Grayingham

as Graingeham. [MILLS,A. D. (1991): "A Dictionary of English Place-Names", Oxford University Press.]

The local church, Saint Radegund's is a very ancient structure in origin. However, it was mostly rebuilt in 1773 or 1797, except for the tower. Later on, in 1870, the church was thoroughly restored and then reroofed in 1906. [ [http://www.genuki.org.uk/big/eng/LIN/Grayingham/ GENUKI: Grayingham, LIN ] ]
