Some users have reported a problem while transferring ".mp3" files from SE-W700i, this will show unsupported file format.cn|date=December 2007
Controversy
The phone has been known to have its screen break easily - often resulting in inverted coloured screens or even a black white screen. Most users report this occurring around the 6 month mark.cn|date=December 2007 Some reviewers also have complained about the usability of the heat sensor controls. There is also the issue of the TFT screen with its natural grey colouring, saying that an OLED or AMOLED screen would suit it better design-wise because of the natural black colour better matching for the seamless look for the design. There is also the issue of the lack of a microSD slot and FM radio.
