Set in the same fictional universe as "Earnest Evans". New York City,1928. A mad religious leader known as Henry, seeks to awaken the ancient and malevolent god Hastur. A sorceress named Restiana, offers herself to Henry as a sacrifice, for a cause which will bring the inevitable down fall of mankind. Apparently, there are some people that have descended from Hastur's ancient bloodline, one of which is the young Peruvian sorceress, Annet Myer. With some assistance from Earnest Evans, Annet attempts to stop the cult from resurrecting Hastur using the very spells that her bloodline allows her to use. Characters

*Annet Myer According to the backstory, she was saved by Earnest as a child in Peru and has since earned his trust and companionship. She is a descendant of Hastur's bloodline and telepathically harnesses her magical powers. Despite her powers and vast knowledge of her ancestry, she resents her bloodline and will do anything to keep the world the way it is.

*Earnest EvansA close friend of Annet who acts somewhat of a father figure. He appears briefly to aid Annet in her search for the right people responsible for summoning Hastur.

*Vincente DeMarcoA mafia boss in New York who has been bought-out by Henry for his services and hardware. In the original Japanese version, this character is noted gangster "Al Capone".

*Restiana A fearless and beautiful young sorceress who is also of Peruvian descent. A prominent figure in the Hastur cult beyond her magical powers, Restiana is an unknown sacrifice to Hastur, in exchange for power. [http://tenchionline.com/ragey/protected/elvientol3cutscene.png]

*HenryA mad religious leader who seeks to awaken the ancient and malevolent god Hastur. He built a new Empire State Building, which is actually a Hastur shrine in disguise. It is here that he plans to resurrect Hastur, and destroy the earth.

Gameplay

Annet fights her battles with an endless supply of boomerangs and five various spells, which include fireballs, water currents, explosions, arrows, and the wind cutter, which spreads over the screen, slicing every villain in its path. [http://www.answers.com/topic/el-viento]

As with many Wolf Team games, the music was composed by Motoi Sakuraba.
