Jorge Otero Bouzas, Otero (born 28 January 1969 in Pontevedra, Galicia), is a retired Spanish football player in defender role.

During his career, Otero played for Real Club Celta de Vigo (from 1990-92 in "Segunda División"), Valencia CF (achieving a personal best runner-up place in 1995-96, appearing in 37 matches), Real Betis Balompie (with whom he was promoted and relegated), Atlético de Madrid and Elche CF (second level), retiring after 2004-05.

Otero debuted for the Spain national football team on September 8, 1993, in a 2-0 friendly win against Chile, in Alicante, and was a participant at the 1994 FIFA World Cup (2 matches) and Euro 1996 (one).
