BOK Financial Corporation (BOKF) nasdaq|BOKF, based in Tulsa, Oklahoma, is a financial services company in the West South Central States region of the United States. The corporate headquarters is located in the BOK Tower in downtown Tulsa. The company has seven main bank subsidiaries: Bank of Oklahoma, N.A.; Bank of Texas, N.A.; Bank of Albuquerque, N.A.; Bank of Arkansas, N.A.; Colorado State Bank and Trust, N.A.; Bank of Arizona, N.A.; and the recently acquired Bank of Kansas City, N.A. .

Expansion

Under the leadership of George Kaiser, BOK began an aggressive expansion effort. Currently BOK operates in 9 states Oklahoma, New Mexico, Arizona, Arkansas, Texas, Colorado, Kansas, Missouri and Utah. In March 2007 BOK began operations in Salt Lake City.
