Alex Ellery

Alex Ellery

Dr. Alex Ellery is the head of the Robotics Research group at the Surrey Space Centre in the United Kingdom. He is also Senior Lecturer in Astronautics & Space Systems at The School of Engineering at Kingston University. Dr. Ellery is currently working on the design of a post-Beagle 2 UK Mars mission proposal called "Vanguard", to build on the UK-led Beagle 2 mission, nominally for a 2007 launch on a Mars Express bus - led by Professor Colin Pillinger at the Open University's Planetary & Space Science Research Institute.
