Jay Bernstein

Jay Bernstein (June 7, 1937 – April 30, 2006) was born in Oklahoma City. He was an American producer and manager to actresses like Farrah Fawcett and Suzanne Somers. Jay got his start as a Hollywood publicist working for Rogers & Cowan, the industry's largest PR company, founded by Henry Rogers and Warren Cowan. He was the executive producer of the "Mike Hammer" TV series of the 1980s and 1990s. He died from a stroke at age 68. He is survived by a daughter Amber from actress Simona Fusco.

He was portrayed by actor Wallace Langham in the television movies: (2003) and (2004).
