Lawrence S. Phillips (born circa 1927) is an American businessman who was chairman of
Phillips-Van Heusen until 1995.Phillips graduated from
Princeton University . He is on the boards ofPetsmart and theFashion Institute of Technology in New York. He is founder and chairman ofAmerican Jewish World Service .His political activity earned him a place on the
