Rod Pead is an Australian Catholic author and editor.

He is the current editor of the London-based traditionalist Catholic publication Christian Order. He sometimes uses the pen-name Michael McGrade.

A controversial writer and social commentator, Pead frequently criticizes the English Catholic hierarchy, who he sees as failing in their duty. As a result, he has incurred the wrath of some of the bishops he has called to account.
