Reuven P. Bulka (born June 1944) is a
rabbi , writer, broadcaster and activist inOttawa ,Ontario ,Canada and co-president of theCanadian Jewish Congress . He received hisRabbinic ordination from the Rabbi Jacob Joseph Rabbinical Seminary inNew York City , and his Ph.D.degree from theUniversity of Ottawa in 1971, concentrating on theLogotherapy ofViktor Frankl . Rabbi Bulka was the founder and editor of the "Journal of Psychology and Judaism".
