Luca Castellazzi (born 19 July 1975 in Gorgonzola, Province of Milan) is an Italian football goalkeeper. He currently plays for U.C. Sampdoria of Italian Serie A.

Football career

He started his career at Monza of Province of Milan. He then spent time on Serie B, Serie C1 and Serie C2 before joined Brescia Calcio, and followed Brescia promoted to Serie A on summer 2000. He made his Serie A debut on 21 January, 2001, against Vicenza Calcio. After loaned to Reggina and Catania on 2002-03 season, he finally became regular starter on 2005-06 season, which he played all 38 Serie A games.

After Brescia relegated to Serie B on summer 2005, he joined U.C. Sampdoria on free transfer, signed 2 year deal. He received no.1 shirt from Luigi Turci. In the second season, he finally earned regular place, except dropped between November to December, and March to April, given the start place to Gianluca Berti.

In January 2008, he signed a contract extension again, last until summer 2010.
