Joe Zabel is a
comic book artist living inCleveland Heights . He is best known for his work on "American Splendor " by fellow ClevelanderHarvey Pekar , much of which was done in collaboration with artistGary Dumm .Rea, Steven (2006-08-17 ). He is the Editor-in-Chief of "The Webcomics Examiner," an online magazine ofwebcomics reviews and interviews.Zabel's "Fear Mongers" horror webcomics were used along with "Penny Arcade", "
