Sally Emerson

Sally Emerson

Sally Emerson (born 16 December 1954) is a British writer.

She has written several novels and an anthology of poetry, as well as numerous articles for "The Sunday Times", "The Guardian" and "The Washington Post".

In 1980 she married newspaper editor Peter Stothard and is known to have had an affair with author Douglas Adams [ [http://www.time.com/time/magazine/article/0,9171,433231,00.html] Time magazine review of biography. ] .
