Pancit estacion

Pancit Estacion is a type of pancit, or stir-fried rice noodle dish, which originated in Tanza, Cavite, Philippines. Its main ingredient is mung bean sprouts ( use as substitute for rice noodles). Its sauce includes corn starch, atsuete, tinapa, kamias, etc.
