KDMI is a digital-only television station that broadcasts out of Des Moines, Iowa on channel 56. It signed on August 28, 2006 as an America One affiliate. [cite news|first=Patt|last=Johnson|title=Cable station to carry classic television shows|work=Des Moines Register|date=2006-08-30] KDMI currently carries MyNetworkTV, with America One programming continuing at all other times. It is owned by Pappas Telecasting along with sister station KCWI-TV (formerly KPWB-TV), which is carried on DT2 on KDMI's signal, as KCWI has no digital signal of its own.

As MyNetworkTV's primetime lineup only airs six days a week for two hours, America One programming fills all other timeslots. By the fall of 2007 KDMI began carrying some first-run syndicated programs, including the game shows "Family Feud", "TMZ on TV" and "Temptation", and in 2008 picked up St. Louis Cardinals baseball games broadcast by KSDK in St. Louis.

Mediacom carries KDMI on Channel 20 in Des Moines.

The KDMI call letters were previously used for two different radio stations in Des Moines. From 1960 to 1994 they were used at 97.3 FM. After 97.3 became KHKI, the KDMI call letters were moved to 1460 AM before that station became KXNO at the beginning of 2001.
