The Premio Presidente della Repubblica is a Group 1 flat horse race in Italy for four-year-old and above thoroughbreds. It is run over a distance of 2,000 metres (approximately 1 mile 2 furlongs) at Capannelle Racecourse, Rome in May.
It was first run in 1878, pre-dating the Derby Italiano by six years.
