WOGB (103.1 MHz FM) is a radio station licensed to Kaukauna, Wisconsin and serving the Green Bay area as "Green Bay's Greatest Hits, 103.1 WOGB". The station launched in the mid-1990s simulcasting the oldies format of Oshkosh sister station WVBO ("Oldies 103.1 & 103.9") before airing its own oldies programming a few years later.

WOGB has been owned by Cumulus Media since its inception. In November 2007, Cumulus transferred ownership of WOGB to a trustee, Stratus Radio LLC, [http://fjallfoss.fcc.gov/prod/cdbs/forms/prod/getattachment_exh.cgi?exhibit_id=586158] with the intention of selling to another owner in order to meet FCC ownership caps.
