Guildford School of Acting , graduating in 1986. He is married to actressSophie Thompson ; they have two children, Ernie James (b. 1997) and Walter Eric (b. 2000).It as also been tipped that he will be in the next season of "Lost" as Kate's husband although nothing is confirmed as yet!
