Richard P. Witschge (born September 20, 1969 in Amsterdam, Noord-Holland) is a former football midfielder from The Netherlands, who earned 31 caps for the Netherlands national football team, in which he scored one goal. He was a member of the Dutch team at the 1990 FIFA World Cup in Italy under manager Leo Beenhakker. However, an injury playing for Barcelona ruled him out of Euro 92 and he did not make another major tournament until Euro 1996, held in England. During this time his place in the national team was taken by his elder brother.

Witschge made his debut for Holland on February 21, 1990, in a friendly against Italy (0-0). The younger brother of Dutch international Rob, Richard played for Ajax Amsterdam (1986-91), FC Barcelona (1991-93), Girondins Bordeaux (1993-95), Blackburn Rovers (1995), Ajax (1996-2000), Deportivo Alavés (2001-02), Ajax (2002-03), and Oita Trinita (2004).
