Ronald Cyril Fearn, Baron Fearn OBE (born 6 February, 1931) is a British politician and Liberal Democrat member of the House of Lords.
He was the Liberal Democrat Member of Parliament for Southport from 1987 to 1992 and 1997 to 2001 and received after this a life peerage as Baron Fearn, of Southport in the County of Merseyside in 2001.
