Lhasa railway station (zh-tsp|t=拉薩站|s=拉萨站|p=lā sà zhàn) is a railway station in
Lhasa ,Tibet Autonomous Region ,China . It lies outside the city, 1 mile to the south of the main river and 3.7 miles south west of the Potala Palace.Schedules
8 passenger trains stop at this station each day. (Trains from Beijing west arrive each day. Other trains arrive every other days.)

Track Layout
The Lhasa passenger railway station is large compared to current needs as it has four track serving two
island platform s, all undercover of an overall roof. There is room for one more island platform and three more tracks.The departure indicator shows the next four trains, in both Chinese and Tibetan, though the headings are in Chinese only. The times and train numbers are in Latin alphanumeric characters. [
