Albert Bensimon is a prominent businessman from
Adelaide , the capital of the state ofSouth Australia . He is known mostly known to the public as the owner ofShiels Jewellers . As the owner, he has had high advertisement profiles involving the slogan of "No Hoo-Haa".He is of
Jewish descent.In 2002, he ran as a candidate in the South Australian State Elections for the
House of Assembly district of Adelaide with his "No Hoo-Haa" slogan and creating a party with the same name.In 1994, he helped to established the "Helpmann Academy" named in honour of famous South Australian Sir

The Adelaide Club " was under fire when Bensimon was rejected twice for membership to the club on the basis ofAnti-Semitism . This was denied by the Club president, stating that is was "offensive" to suggest the club was racist and that it has "a diverse membership".
