William C. McInnes

William C. McInnes, S.J. was the 5th President of Fairfield University located in Fairfield, Connecticut from 1964 to 1973. During his tenure, the Graduate School of Corporate and Political Communication opened in 1970; women were admitted to all undergraduate programs and the undergraduate School of Nursing admitted to its first class in 1970; and the Center for Lifetime Learning offered its first courses and the the University graduated first class of women in 1973.
