Easynet Group PLC was founded in 1994, and runs managed network, hosting and "telepresence" solutions for global businesses such as the Ford Motor Company, SSL International and Kohler MiraFact|date=August 2008. The company has offices across Europe and in Asia Pacific and the US, and has customers in around 50 countries.

The business was acquired by BSkyB in February 2006.
