Sally O'Neill (October 23,1908 – June 18, 1968), born Virginia Louise Concepta Noonan was an American film actress of the 1920s.

Known for her petite and curly brown hair. She was paired along with Constance Bennett and Joan Crawford in the MGM movie "Sally, Irene and Mary" (1925), directed by Edmund Goulding which put her into instant fame.

She was paired with Crawford again as a WAMPAS Baby Stars in 1926. Her fame began to subside after "talkies" replaced silents, she also had a problem with stage fright which didn't help either. By the late 1930s her film career was over, but continued on stage and did tourings with the USO until the 50's.

She was the sister of film actress Molly O'Day.
