Gujarat , India. Atul is also an Indian name, which is mostly male.Atul originally got its name from Atul Ltd, a company which is located there. Atul ltd is mainly involved in making chemicals and dyestuff.

How to Reach by Rail
Atul is located on Western Railway on Mumbai (Bombay)-Surat segment. It is also 187 km from Mumbai Central. It is 76 km from Surat, 205 km from Vadodara (Baroda), 305 km from Ahmedabad. While coming from Mumbai, it is also the previous station before Valsad.
Arriving by express train one can get down at Valsad. From there you can come via bus or take an autoricksha. Pooled autorickshas are also available around 100 meter away from railway station for going to Atul First Gate and u should be ready to travel in overloaded autoriksha. Atul is 8 km away from Valsad railway station.
If you are coming in passenger train, you have an option to get down at Atul railway station and you can walk donw around 3 km from railway station unless you have arranged for vehicle to pick you up. (Autorikshas are available at Railway station although they are not available in Atul Village). So the newcomers are advised to get down from train at Valsad railway station.
How to Reach by Plane
Nearest Airport is Mumbai (Bombay) on south (around 180 km) and Vadodara (Baroda) on North (around 210 km). Then, one can get connecting train or can use road transport.
