Paria

Paria is a village situated near Vapi in Valsad District, Gujarat. India. The town of Udwada, 5 kilometers (3 miles) away from Paria, has a railway station which connects Paria to Mumbai and western Gujarat. Its population of is approximately 5,000 Fact|date=February 2007.

Paria is under the Jyoti-Gram project of the Gujarat government.

Most of the houses in Paria are Pucca houses, with rice and sugarcane the major crops cultivated. The villagers possess cattle such as cow, buffalo, and bullocks.
