Pantai Aceh

Pantai Aceh is a town in Penang, Malaysia. The Sheikh Tahir Jalaluddin Falak Observatory is located here to look for the crescent moon to mark the beginning of Muslim month of Ramadhan, Shawwal, and Zulhijjah, to celebrate fasting month of Ramadhan, Hari Raya Aidilfitri and Hari Raya Aidiladha. The towns of Teluk Bahang and Air Itam are located nearby.
