"Paraleptamphopus caeruleus" is a species of amphipod in the family Eusiridae.

It is found only in New Zealand, in the South Island regions of Southland and Otago.

It is epigean, found in slow moving streams and pools from lowlands to altitudes of 900 m above sea level.
