T99 (camouflage)

T99 ("T/99") is a camouflage pattern used for the desert uniforms of the Danish Armed Forces. It was trialled in 1999 and introduced in 2000.

It is a 3 colour design similar to the Danish M/84 pattern and it could be considered the "desert counterpart" of said item, but consists of different colors to suit arid climates. The design consist of a sand coloured background, covered with dark red and dark green patterns.

A distant cousin to the German Flecktarn camouflage, this pattern contains only a slightly lighter shade of brown, and a little more red in the uniform than the Flecktarn desert uniform.
