Keiko Takemiya

is a female manga artist. She is included in the Year 24 Group.

Among her most noted works is the manga "Kaze to Ki no Uta", which was noted for being a pioneering shōjo series of the 1970s and 1980s, and "To Terra...". She received the 1979 Shogakukan Manga Award for shōnen/shōjo manga for both "Kaze to Ki no Uta" and "To Terra...",cite web | url=http://comics.shogakukan.co.jp/mangasho/rist.html | title=小学館漫画賞：歴代受賞者 | publisher=Shogakukan | language=Japanese | accessdate=2007-08-19] and the the prestigous Seiun Award for science fiction manga in 1978 for "To Terra...".
