The company operates five different concepts: Casa Ole, Mission Burrito, Monterey's Little Mexico, Tortuga Mexican Kitchen and Crazy Jose's. The company operates restaurants primarily in Texas, but also operates some locations in Oklahoma and Louisiana.[3]

In 2008, the company changed the names of its Oklahoma locations to Monterey's Little Mexico creating more uniformity within its concepts. Further streamlining operations, the La Senorita concept was sold and Houston, Texas-based chain, Mission Burrito was purchased.
