Airport City Belgrade

Airport City Belgrade (Serbian Cyrillic:"Ерпорт Сити Београд" / "Erport Siti Beograd") (ACB) is a business park in Belgrade, the capital of Serbia. It is located in Belgrade's municipality of Novi Beograd.

ACB is the first multi-use commercial facility in Serbia that merges the latest in building technology, together with a tenant-focused approach. The project is often called "City within a City", spreading over an area of 14 hectares. Upon completion ACB will be in excess of 126,000 square meters of office, and tenant-friendly retail space. The construction of the project is led by “Africa-Israel and Tidhar Construction” and the completion of the project is expected in late 2007. Construction started in 2005.Total investment is 120 million euros.

Business Project

Airport City Belgrade will be a complex of 12 all glass building that will be used for office and retail space.Five new 17 storey towers will start to construct this year. One of the tower will be Crowne Plaza Hotel. For those businesses that prefer their own space, ACB is the first Business Park in Serbia to offer "Tailor Made buildings" for a business that wants to be a part of this exclusive community and needs the additional flexibility that a custom- built building can offer.

When people enter the complex they will be surrounded by a fully landscaped city within a city.
Restaurants and cafes will be located in the complex to cater the cravings of businessmen. Within the complex there will also be shops, dry-cleaning, stationary/office supplies, post office and bank branches. A state of the art security system will be in use at all times and a parking will also be part of the complex.

Location

Airport City is located in Novi Beograd's "Block 65" and it is bordered by "Milutina Milankovića" and "Omladinskih brigada" streets. It is situated in the former field of "Dojno polje", at the location of the old Belgrade airport (thus the name) of Bežanija. Airport, built before the World War II, was finished in March 1927, destroyed by the Germans in 1944, and became defunct in 1962 when the new airport near the village of Surčin was finished (today's Belgrade Nikola Tesla Airport).

Positioned in the heart of Southeast Europe and the best logistical location in all of Serbia, ACB is the premier address for any serious business active in Belgrade. In the neighbourhood of Mercedes Benz, DHL, Siemens and other world known companies ACB is located in New Belgrade the emerging Central Business District - with a platform that will satisfy all the needs of today’s modern business. The buildings are located near the Euro-Motorway E-75. It is less than 900 meters away from the fastest route to the rest of Europe. Several lines of transportation will facilitate day-and-night travel for those who are not using private vehicles. A 10-minute drive to Belgrade Nikola Tesla Airport from ACB allows people to come and go from office with ease.
