Larry Doyle (writer)

Doyle worked on "Beavis and Butt-Head", "Daria" (his only writing credit for this series is the season one episode "Too Cute") and as a writer and producer on "The Simpsons" for seasons nine through twelve (1997-2001) under the direction of executive producer Mike Scully. He also wrote the films "Duplex" and "". He also wrote some of the Looney Tunes shorts that were made in 2003, as a cross-promotion for "Looney Tunes: Back in Action". Warner Bros. decided not to release them theatrically, however. [http://imdb.com/title/tt0318155/]

He is frequent contributor to "The New Yorker" and had a monthly column in "Esquire magazine" until 2006.

His first novel, "I Love You Beth Cooper", was published in May 2007.
