111th Street is a skip-stop station on the BMT Jamaica Line of the New York City Subway. It is served at all times by the NYCS|J train, while the NYCS|Z train bypasses it. There are three tracks and two side platforms. The center track was used to turn trains while the Jamaica El was being torn down north of 121st Street and replaced by the Archer Avenue Line. That track is currently used for storage only. The north exit, now sealed and used for storage and offices, has a crossunder and a former booth. The south exit leads to 111th street and has a crossunder.

The 1990 artwork here is called "Five Points of Observation" by Kathleen McCarthy.
