nihongo|"Arabian"|アラビアン is a platform arcade game created in vgy|1983 by Sun Electronics and published by Atari Inc. The player assumes the role of an adventurous Arabian prince whose goal is to rescue the princess from her palace. In his quest, the prince will sail the seas, crawl in caves, and fly magic carpets.

Game play

Score points on the way for picking up the letters in 'A-R-A-B-I-A-N' and get a bonus if they are collected in order. Use the joystick to jump, super-jump, walk, crawl or climb in all directions. Tap the Kick button to boot your enemies out of the way.

Ports

Arabian was converted for home computers as "Tales of the Arabian Nights" by Interceptor Software in 1984/5 for the Acorn Electron, Amstrad CPC, BBC Micro, Commodore 64 and ZX Spectrum. A Famicom version was released only in Japan as nihongo|"Super Arabian"|スーパーアラビアン. "Super Arabian" was also rereleased in a two-in-one Sony Playstation game, "Memorial Series Sunsoft Vol.2", which also included "Ikki".
