Scott Kosar

Scott Kosar is a screenwriter whose first script was for the 2003 remake of the classic horror film "The Texas Chain Saw Massacre". He followed this with "The Machinist" in 2004, and he also penned a remake of "The Amityville Horror" in 2005. "The Machinist" received mostly positive reviews from film critics, while both "Chainsaw" and "Amityville" were largely dismissed by most critics while gaining favor with most fans of the originals. Kosar is currently scripting a remake of George A. Romero's 1973 film "The Crazies".
