The Supremes released in the summer of 1971 (see1971 in music ) on theMotown label. It includes the singles "Nathan Jones" and "Touch", the first Supremes single to feature a lead by founding member Mary Wilson. "Touch" was the first post-Diana Ross Supremes single (not counting the duet "You Gotta Have Love in Your Heart" with theFour Tops ), to miss the Top 40, peaking at number 71.The LP was the final Frank Wilson-produced Supremes' album, and who had been the group's main producer since the departure of Ross in early 1970. Wilson went on to work with Motown artist
