The Southern Earless Lizard ("Holbrookia subcaudalis") is a species of Phrynosomid lizard found in Mexico. It was once considered to be a subspecies of the Spot-tailed Earless Lizard, "Holbrookia lacerata", but was given full species status in 1994.
