It was put forth in the name of organizations such as South Vietnam National Student Union. The later claimed to have 35,000 members but was found to be entirely fictitious by U.S. Unification Church leader Neil Salonen. [http://www.unification.org/ucbooks/Huca/Huca-05.htm]
