Code page ASMO449+

ASMO449+ is a codepage used to write Arabic (and possibly some other languages that use Arabic script) on an ASCII terminal. This codepage is "not" compatible with ISO 8859-6.

The codepage is also called Al Arabi.

Codepage layout

Only the characters between 48 and 112 are used in the codepage. The remaining characters are the ones of the ASCII encoding.
