(2002)"Your Face or Your Kneecaps" is the first release by hip-hop producer
RJD2 . It's a 39 tracks DJ mix comprised of mostly obscureFunk records from the 70s & 80s that are beat juggled to extend certain drum heavy parts of the songs. Layered on top of the music are also a few hip-hopa cappella s and vocal clips from the classic New York City hip-hop filmWild Style . Also included in the mix are a few original tracks produced by RJ, some of which are featured on his debut solo production LP "Deadringer". At the end of the mix are 2 full length tracks produced by RJ exclusively for this album.Track listing
