233rd Street is a station on the IRT White Plains Road Line of the New York City Subway. Located in the Bronx at the intersection of 233rd Street and White Plains Road, it is served by the NYCS|2 train (all times), and by the NYCS|5 train (rush hours in the peak direction).

The station was rehabilitated in the spring of 2006. During that time, artwork called "Secret Garden: There's No Place Like Home" by Skowmon Hastanan was installed. This station is fully ADA accessible, via 3 elevators. One elevator is from the NW corner of East 233rd Street and White Plains Road to mezzanine level (outside fare control), another two elevators lead from inside fare control to each of the 2 station platforms.
