nihongo|Kenichi Suzumura|鈴村 健一|Suzumura Ken'ichi|born September 12, 1974 is a male seiyū from Osaka Prefecture, currently affiliated with Arts Vision. His blood type is A.He made his television animation debut on "Macross 7" in 1994. He is most known for the role of Hikaru Hitachiin from Ouran Host Club, Sogo Okita from Gintama and Lavi from D.Gray-Man. He is also a friend of seiyū Hiroki Takahashi and Takahiro Sakurai. He is often called Suzu, Muraken (By Soichiro Hoshi and his fans), Suzuken by other Voice Actors and fans.He is currently in the group STA MEN with Junichi Suwabe, Daisuke Kishio, Hiroki Takahashi, Hiroyuki Yoshino, Makoto Yasumura, and Kosuke Toriumi.

In 2008, he won the "Best Radio Personality" award at the second Seiyu Awards. As of April 19, 2008, Suzumura has 102 voice roles (not including staff work) credited to his name (per the Anime News Network).

Trivia

*He has worked with Takahiro Sakurai on various occasions, such as the animations Saint Beast, Zombie Loan, D.Gray-man and Gakuen Heaven. Suzumura has also worked with Sakurai in BL Drama CDs such as Only the Ring Finger Knows and Oi, Tanaka-kun. Currently, they host a radio show together with Miyu Matsuki called Cherry Bell.

*His younger brother, Masaki Suzumura works in film production and has featured with Kenichi Suzumura several times on seiyu radio shows, such as Cherry Bell. Many fans were surprised as his voice was very similar to Kenichi Suzumura's but is a little higher in pitch.

*Suzumura is excellent at cooking. In fact, he was going to get a license to become a chef before he went along to a seiyu audition, for which he unexpectedly got picked.

*He loves the ice cream 'pino'.

*He has been brought up moving constantly to different areas of Japan. During his childhood years he has lived in Niigata, Osaka, Okayama, Fukuoka and other areas. Therefore, he admits his Kansai-ben is not perfect, but he still uses it heavily in normal speech despite this.

*He has two dogs, named Ivy and Momo. He loves them very much and frequently orders clothes for them on the internet.

*In December 2003, Suzumura cycled a distance of about 200km from Nagoya to Osaka in 24 hours 30 minutes approximately (including time for sleep, rest, eating) with Radio Osaka. The moment he arrived was broadcasted live on radio.
